Introduction

A hearty, rich mixture that can be eaten with crackers or veggies as a dip, or as a filling for sandwiches. I like to serve it in a lettuce leaf with sliced tomatoes. Ingredients

    1 8 oz. pkg neufchatel or light cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c light mayo
    1/2 c light plain yogurt (can sub Greek yogurt)
    1/2 c dill pickle relish (can sub sugar-free sweet relish)
    2 Tbs dijon mustard
    1 small can diced green chiles
    4 cans tuna, drained
    2-3 stalks celery, chopped
    1/4 c green onions, diced
    2 tsp smoked paprika
    2 tsp celery salt
    1/4 c fresh parsley, chopped

Tips

I've made essentially the same salad using grilled chicken or hard-boiled eggs. They all work great!


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well-combined. Chill to allow flavors to meld.
