Ingredients

    16 oz tortellini w/ pesto filling
    1 can sweet corn
    1 can garbanzos
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 c. paremesan cheese

Tips

optional to add sun dried tomatoes and olives.


Directions

Follow package directions for tortellini, adding corn and garbanzos the last 7 minutes. When tortellini is tender, drain, then toss with olive oil and top with grated cheese. Toss and serve.
