Ingredients

    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cans (rinsed!!)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4
    Cucumber, (I used 3 mini seedless cucumbers)
    Chobani 2% Plain Greek Yogurt (6 oz), .5 serving
    Lemon juice, .2 cup
    Avocados, Florida, 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Salt to taste

Tips

Feel free to add or take anything away. This recipe is ridiculously simple and open to interpretation, depending on what you have available.

Chop, mix, and serve.
