Ingredients
-
16 oz Chicken Breast, cubed
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sriracha (Rooster on front, Hot Chili Sauce) Sauce
2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
140 g Mushrooms, chopped (6-8 mushrooms typically)
100 g Squash or Zucchini (about 1/2 of one)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Serve with Rice (Additional Calories) or Noodles
Directions
Heat oil in pan or wok. Add chicken and cook thoroughly. Toss in veggetables and cook for another minute or so. While everything is cooking mix soy sauce, bbq sauce, and srirach sauce together in a bowl. Then pour into wok as well and mix together with chicken and veggies well. Let cook on low-medium heat for another minute or two until the consistency is a little thickened. Serve over rice or noodles (additional calories). Suggest some steamed veggies too for a lower calorie (and quick!) take-out inspired dinner.
