Introduction

Very good, economical main dish item. Very good, economical main dish item.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 (14.75 oz) Can pink salmon
    1 C. Canned great northern beans
    2 Egg whites
    1/4 C. Bread Crumbs
    1 Ear Corn (kernels only) *optional
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Mash beans slightly in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix till combined.

Form mixture into patties.

Spray skillet w/ nonstick cooking spray. Brown cakes on both sides.
