    3 garlic cloves, diced
    3 zucchini, sliced
    1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
    salt
    pepper

Directions

saute onions and garlic
add zucchini and tomatoes
add salt and pepper to taste
cook on low flame for about an hour till all vegies are cooked through
