Introduction

New recipe I came up with. I used 10 vanilla flavored tea bags and ran a ten cup pot of water through them twice. Then I did the same thing with mint tea bags. I added fresh mint leaves to the tea to steep for about 15 minutes and added 1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract to the simple syrup for some additional vanilla flavor.
It is just sweet enough!

Ingredients

    12 cups brewed vanilla tea
    12 cups brewed mint tea
    4-5 sprigs fresh mint leaves
    1 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp vanilla extract
    6 cups ice cubes

Directions

Pour hot tea over mint leaves and steep for 15 mints. Bring water, sugar and vanilla extract to a boil. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add simple syrup to tea. Remove mint leaves add ice cubes. Chill well before serving.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 30- 8 oz servings
