Ingredients

    1/4 c rolled oats
    2 tbsp fiber bran cereal
    1 tbsp vanilla Sun Warrior protein powder
    1 tsp lemon peel/zest
    1 tsp poppy seed
    1/4 c almond milk
    1 tbsp water
    3 tbsp applesauce
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    2 packets stevia/truvia
    1 vial vanilla stevia (liquid)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well-blended. Pour into a greased mini-loaf pan and bake for 20-22 minutes, or until browned; then broil for an additional 3-4. Let cool before removing from pan (or else it will fall apart). Enjoy!!
