Introduction

Great way to use squash from the garden and deer from the freezer. Great way to use squash from the garden and deer from the freezer.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground venison
    1 can mushroom soup (10 oz.)
    1/2 bag Seasons Onion Blend
    3yellow squash
    2 zuccini squash
    1 can chopped tomato
    1 cup of shredded chedder cheese

Directions

Brown ground venison and onion together. Remove from skillet. Saute squash and tomatoes until squash is tender. Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish except for cheese. Add cheese on top and bake at 375 until golden and bubbly.

Serving Size: 1/6 of casserole
