Ingredients

    1/2 cup warm water
    1 packet active yeast
    3 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 Cups wheat flour

Directions

mix warm water, sugar and yeast in bowl. Let stand untill foamy and yeast has dissolved ( about 15 mins.)
Mixed in remaining ingredientds adding enough water to make a soft dough.
Knead about 8 mins placing it in a greased bowl ( let rest for about 30 mins.)
Tear off small ball size and flatten with your hand. Using a rolling pin flaten to about a 6 inch round circle.
Cook on a heated nongreases skillet over med high heat about 3 mins each side.

    This was awesome, I followed the directions exactly and it turned out perfect! I'm not a very good baker by the way, but we've eaten this with a low fat spinach dip and also made pizza's out of it! Great!!! - 11/11/08

    Easy to make and DELICIOUS! I substituted honey for the sugar, and added finely chopped fresh rosemary, which added a lovely rich flavour. - 8/24/10
