Ingredients

three large eggs
shredded cheese
bacon bits or pieces of bacon
2% milk or lowfat milk.
extra virgin olive oil

Tips
You can add other ingredients to this recipe. It is a basic one I did by experimenting. I love all sorts of foods so feel free to add more to it. Enjoy
Directions
Mix three eggs and milk in bowl together.
Pour half of mixture in small 8 in. frying pan prepped with extra virgin olive oil. Do not stir mixture. Let sit there until almost no longer runny. Add half of the bacon bits to this portion and cheese if desired. (I added the cheese later it is really up to you)
Then flip and let cook until lightly brown on both sides.
