Ingredients

    2 Hard Boiled Eggs
    2 Hard Boiled Eggs with Yokes removed
    3 strips of celery chopped
    1/4 cup red onions chopped
    1 tsp mustard
    3 tbsp Light Mayonnaise (hellman's)

Directions

Boil all 4 eggs and set aside to cool.
When cool peel eggs and remove the yolk from 2 of the eggs.
Combine in bowl with the remaining ingredients.
Serve and enjoy!
