Ingredients

    1 cup fresh kale
    2 slices pineapple plus liquid
    1/2 cup peaches plus liquid
    1 medium banana
    1 cup Silk Pure Cononut Milk

Tips

Makes a great to-go breakfast when you're short on time. Pour it in a blender bottle and take it with you! I use Silk brand coconut milk because it has more calcium that any other brand.


Directions

Remove kale leaves from the stem and place leaves in blender with pineapple and half the coconut milk. Process until smooth. Add peaches, banana and remaining coconut milk. Blend, serve.
