    1/8 block of extra firm tofu
    2 C frozen or fresh stir fry veggies
    0.5 tsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos
    0.5 bag Shirataki white yam noodles
    1.5 tsp EVOO
    1 oz cooking wine
    0.5 tsp curry powder
    0.5 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp Sriracha sauce


Double this recipe for 2 servings.


Fry up veggies in olive oil and cooking wine.
Add noodles once veggies are browned.
Add spices.
Add stir fry sauce and tofu.
Add Sriracha to taste.
Serve when ready!
