Ingredients

    400g Tuna in Spring Water (Sainsburys)
    1tbs Olive Oil
    1 medium onion (chopped)
    4 large plum tomatoes (chopped)
    Black Pepper
    Herb de Province
    All Purpose Seasoning
    Water

Directions

Fry onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add black pepper and herbs. Add the tomatoes. Cook for another 3-5 minutes then add tuna and seasoning. Only add a little water if mixture is dry and gravy/sauce is needed.

Serving Size: make 4 dinner servings or 6 lunch servings
