Ingredients

    50g Pataks curry paste (approx 1/4 jar)
    2 Large onions chopped
    600g Pureed tomatoes
    2 tbsp Olive oil
    340g Chicken breast (12 ounces)
    105-125g Plain yogurt

Tips

Choose the curry paste depending on your taste and add more to taste, if required before serving.


Directions

Fry the onions in the olive oil until browned, the longer you fry the sweeter the curry. Add the chopped chicken and fry to seal. Add all the other ingrediants and simmer for 20 mins
