Ingredients

    227g Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    214g Tesco Stir Fry Vegetables & Beansprouts
    206g Tesco Singapore Noodles
    83g Sliced Green Onion
    281g Sharwoods Sweet Chilli Sauce, Szechuan Cook in Sauce
    5g Tesco Extra Virgin Oil

Directions

Put the oil in a wok and heat on a medium heat
Cut up the chicken breast into bite size chunks
Put the chicken into the heated oil and fry until starting to brown
Add in stir fry veg, onions and noodles, stir for 2 mins until veg are starting to soften slightly
Add the sauce and cook for a further 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve immediately.
