Ingredients

2 c Bob's Red Mill TVP
1/4 c Whole Grain Oats
1 Tbsp Whole Flax Seed
1 tsp Cayenne Powder
2 tsp Red Chile Flakes
1 tsp Whole Fennel Seed
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 Cube Knorr Vegetarian Vegetable Bouillon
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Red Miso
2 1/2 c Boiling Water
Tips
A great addition to spaghetti sauce!
Directions
Finely grind oats, flax seed and fennel and place in a large bowl. Add TVP and seasonings and mix together well.
In a separate container, mix together boiling water, soy sauce, bouillon and miso. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours before use.
When ready to use, take out 1/2 c and saute over medium heat until heated through, approximately 3 minutes. Can also be formed into patties and browned over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
