Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Oats
    1 Scoop Shakeology (48 Grams Chocolate Protein Powder)
    42 Grams Vanilla Protein Powder
    1 Tablespoon Honey
    1 Tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter
    1/4 Cup Soy Milk

Tips

I am not a chocolate fan so I mix in vanilla protein powder. If you would like to use all chocolate protein powder they still taste great!


Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Mix in peanut butter and honey. Slowly add soy milk until it reaches desired consistency. Place in wax paper and roll out until you create a rectangle that is about 1/4" thick. Place in the freezer for about 5 hours then cut into bars. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 5 rectangles.
