Ingredients

4 Frozen Chicken Breasts
1 1/2 C of water
1 Bottle of Carribean Jerk Marinade
1 Small Onion (sliced)
1 (8 oz) can of Pineapple chunks, drained
8 inch Whole Wheat Tortillas
Pico de Gallo
Directions
Place chicken breasts, water, marinade and onion in the slow cooker (crock pot).
Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Add Pineapple chunks in the last hour or wait until the end for a fresher taste.
Serve on a warm tortilla with Pico de Gallo.
