Ingredients

    3 lbs yukon gold or fingerling potatoes, chopped, boiled till soft and cooled.
    3/4 cup mayo (my homemade mayo)
    1 T. yellow mustard
    1 T. celery seed
    1/2 C. dill pickle, diced
    1 C. diced hard boiled egg
    4-5 green onions diced
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in bowl, stir together, chill until time to serve.
