Ingredients

1 pound pork tenderloin ( I used a bourbon and maple flavored pork tenderloin since this is what was in my freezer).
3 TBSP olive oil
AP flour
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar packed
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup rice vinegar
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste
dash of cayenne
Seasoning not included in values
Or use a bottled Russian Dressing.
Tips
I know this is really high in sodium and to cut back on sodium use a non flavored tenderloin. This is one I just happened to have in the freezer).
Directions
Preheat crock pot (since meat will be hot so as not to crack the crock)
Pat the tenderloin dry, season with salt and pepper, lightly roll in AP flour (not included in values).
Place 3 TBSP olive oil in lg skillet and borwn meat on all sides.
Place in crockpot.
Combine the next 8 ingredients and pour over tenderloin.
Cook on low for approx 4 hours or until done and tender.
Serve sauce over pasta, rice or potatoes.
