Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cu strawberries, chopped
    2 cu grapes
    2 cu blueberries
    3 bananas, sliced
    1 cup tofu
    2 1/2 cu non-dairy milk (soy, almond, etc.)
    5 Tbsp wheat germ
    25 ice cubes

Tips

The portions are just right for 5 "magic bullet" type blender servings. So I just divide the fruit and tofu into 5 portions and put in the fridge or freezer. Then add 1/2 cu milk, 5 ice cubes and 1 Tbsp wheat germ just before blending each portion.


Directions

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth
