Ingredients

    1 box of Great Value Whole Wheat Rotini, 13.25 oz
    1 can of Great Value Kidney Beans, 15 oz
    1 bag of Great Value frozen Mixed Vegetables, 10 oz
    Wishbone Fat Free Italian Dressing (extra calories)
    Ham, cubed (extra calories)

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package. While pasta is cooking, put a colander in sink.

Open can of beans and drain fluids; put in the colander.

Open package of frozen veggies and put on top of beans in colander.

Drain pasta into colander (thawing veggies and rinsing beans again).

Return all items to the pot the pasta cooked in and stir all ingredients.

Makes 6, 2 cup servings

To 2 cups, add 1/4 cup of Italian dressing and 2oz ham cubes
