Ingredients

    2 cups quinoa
    5 cans tuna, in water, drained
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    3 roma tomatoes, chopped
    1c chopped scallions
    1/2 cup red wine vinegarette

Directions

Cook quinoa as directed and let cool. Then mix with other ingredients.
