Ingredients

    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)
    Avocados, California (Haas), .25 cup, pureed (remove)
    *Celantro, fresh chopped 1/4cup, 1 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Water, bottled, 2 serving (remove)

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth in Vita mix. (Blender) the longer you blend the warmer it will get. Don't heat too much to save the nutrition value. eat immediately
