Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1.5 chicken breasts (skinless/boneless)
    1 cup corn flakes cereal
    1/4 cup light ranch
    1 tbsp cholula or other hot pepper sauce
    dash garlic powder

Tips

*I finished in the broiler to make them crispy. :)


Directions

Preheat oven to 475. Cut chicken breasts into strips. Put corn flakes into a ziploc bag and crush into bread crumbs. Mix ranch, cholula, & garlic powder in a bowl. Dip strips into ranch and then into 'bread crumbs' and place onto a cookie sheet sprayed with EVOO. Bake @ 475 for 8 minutes (or until the middle is white and not pink).
