Ingredients

1 large organic free-range egg
1 large organic free-range egg YOLK
1/2 cup Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Organic Almond Oil
1/4 cup Walnut Oil
1 Tbsp. Organic Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Dry Mustard (to taste)
1/2 tsp. paprika (to taste)
Tips
Any combo of tree nut oils and/ or avocado oils help offset the "strong" flavor of the olive oil. Add cayenne, anchovy paste, garlic, salt, horseradish, etc. to taste.
Directions
Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
Measure oils together (1 cup total).
In deep narrow glass bowl, combine egg, spices, and lemon juice.
Gently pour in the blended oils. Allow to sit AT LEAST 1-2 minutes, for oil to rise to surface. Gently place blender down to bottom of container. Blend steadily with immersion blender on low speed until mixture begins to emulsify. Move blender slowly as neeed to incorporate more oil. Finally, when completely emulsified, increase speed to high and blend briefly.
Try not to injure tongue when licking the blender ;)
Serving Size: Makes about 20 1-Tbsp. servings (about 1.25 cup)
