Ingredients

    1 1/2 Cup Rice Brown Short Grain
    9 oz Chicken Breast
    2.5 (10.75oz) Cans Chicken Broth
    1/4tsp Pepper
    1 Large Green Bell Pepper (Chopped)
    1 MED Onions (Chopped)
    2 MED Carrots (Sliced into Rounds)
    2 Large Celery Stalk (Sliced)
    3 TBSP Flour
    1/4 Cup Parsley)
    3 Cups Water

Directions

1. Put everything in a pot.
2. Allow to boil.
3. Reduce heat.
4. Simmer for 50 minutes or until rice is cooked.
