Ingredients

    *Chapatti / Paratha without Oil, 2 serving
    Salt, 1 dash
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tbsp
    Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 0.5 cup
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    *Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper
    Sunflower Oil, 1 tbspn

Tips

Eat it fresh made and hot only, it tastes better.


Directions

In the saucepan heat tablespoon oil, add half teaspoon of black mustard seeds, add chopped tablespoon garlic and green chilli, torn paratha/roti with hands and add together. Don't let garlic burn. Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric, once mixed add yoghurt and half a cup of water. And let it simmer and cook for other 5 mins. Sprinkle coriander and enjoy..
