    3 cups mixed greens
    1/3 cup peeled chopped cucumber
    1/3 cup minced red onion
    1/2 cup chopped carrots
    1/3 cup chick peas
    1 tbsp sliced almonds
    1/4 cup chow mein fried noodles
    2 tbsp Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
    1/3 cup mandrian oranges

Tips

rinse and drain chick peas, use mandrian oranges stored in juice and drain.
