Introduction
Grilled Chicken and Broccoli Wraps which are very easy to make. Grilled Chicken and Broccoli Wraps which are very easy to make.Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, (3 Breasts)
Onions, raw, 2 large
*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 3 cup, sliced
Garlic, 2 cloves
*Elephant Garlic, 5 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded
Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
Salt, 4 dash
Basil, 7 leaves
Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped or diced
Flour Tortillas, 8 tortilla (approx 10" dia)
Tips
This makes 8 large wraps. I like to eat so you may find you have more than just 4 servings here.
Also, season to your taste.

Directions
Grill Chicken separately. Slice breast in half for faster grilling. Lightly season the chicken as you grill.
Finish Chicken and slice into strips.
Saute Onions, Garlics and Peppers until onions start to brown in Olive Oil. Add salt to taste, add basil and broccoli and chicken strips and let saute for a few until everything is nicely coated.
Add Broccoli and simmer until the broccoli is bright green.
In Tortilla wrap add equal amounts of cheddar cheese to each. Laying in Chicken and veggie mix. Wrap and place on a baking pan.
Place in broiler for just a few minutes to brown the wraps and melt the cheese.
Serving Size: Make 4 servings of 2 Wraps.
