Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 tsp lime peel
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 C Lime juice
    1 tsp pepper
    1 TBSP olive oil
    1 tsp basil (dried)
    1/4 tsp salt
    4 boneless skinless chicken breast

Tips

I cooked my chicken in the stove and just dumped the chicken and marinade in a skillet. The marinade boils and thickens and makes a great sauce (also keeps the chicken moist).


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Marinate overnight or put in the freezer for later use. When ready to cook (defrost if frozen) either grill or bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees or put in the slow cooker for 4-5 hours on low.
