Introduction

Really good white chili. Would be great on a cold day! Really good white chili. Would be great on a cold day!

Ingredients

    2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
    1 lb great northern beans, dried
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) chopped
    2 4.5 oz cans chopped Green Chili Peppers
    2 tsp Cumin
    2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    14.5 oz Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    1.5 cup Water

Tips

I also seasoned the chicken while browning it. (not included in analysis). Great served sprinkled with cheese and topped with sour cream. Served with tortilla chips.


Directions

Soak beans overnight, Replace water and cook for 20 minutes. Discard water

Brown chicken if desired ( I also seasoned)

Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on high for 6-7 hours or on low for 10-12 hours
