Ingredients

    1/2 banana
    1/2 c. blueberries (can substitute strawberries) frozen
    6 oz greek yogurt plain
    1/2 c. fat free milk
    splenda to taste

Directions

Freeze fruit and then put all in a blender and mix- add splenda to taste. Serve cold.

Serving Size: 1 smoothie - 8 oz.
