Ingredients

    1/4 cup Egg Substitute
    1 cup Applesauce
    1/3 cup Splenda
    1 tsp Baking powder
    2 cups gluten free Oatmeal
    1 cup skim milk
    Hersheys sugar free chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips thouroughly. Line muffin pan with cup cake liners. Spoon into muffin pan. Top with sugar free chocolate chips (or nut if desired). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
