Ingredients

35g Old Fashion Oats
2 Egg Whites
1 Egg (could just use another Egg White instead)
12g Vanilla Protein Powder
4g Cheesecake Sugar-Free Fat Free Pudding Mix
60g Blueberries
Liquid Vanilla Stevia
1 T. SF FF Torani Caramel syrup
Fresh Lemon Rind
1/4 t. baking soda
1/4 t. baking powder
1. Grind together all dry ingredients and set aside in your blender (Bullet, Ninja, whatever you have).
2. Whip the egg whites, liquid Stevia, caramel syrup with your personal blender seperately.
3. Add egg whites to dry mix folding over to combine (do not add all ingredients back into the personal blender together because the egg whites will go flat - do it by hand).
4. Add lemon rind and frozen blueberries.
5. Bake for approx 20 minutes in sprayed muffin cups (I have never tried using paper liners because they would stick).
Tips

*You could add or subtract up to 10g of oats
*You could add an egg white if you wanted to

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake for approx 15-20 minutes
