Ingredients

1 C Old Fashioned Oats
1 C Raw Wheat Germ
1 C Whole Flax Seeds
1/3 C Sesame Seeds, Raw
1/3 C Pumpkin Seeds, Raw
1/3 C Sunflower Seeds, Raw
1 C Unsweetened Coconut
1C Almonds, Raw sliced or chopped (or other nuts such as walnuts, hazelnuts, or cashews)
1 tsp each cinnamon, ginger
1/2 C Agave Nectar (can substitute honey or organic syrup)
1/4 C Coconut Oil + one tblsp for cookie sheets
1 C your choice or combination or none of:
Dried Dates, Cranberries, Cherries, Raisins
Tips
This recipe can be altered in a number of ways to suit your personal taste. Experiment and have fun.
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients (except dried fruit).
Stir in coconut oil and agave nectar, mix well.
Spread evenly over two cookie sheets prepared with oil. If you prefer, you can also use parchment paper.
Toast in 200 degree oven for 40 minutes, stirring with a fork after 20 minutes.
Stir in dried fruit.
Cool and store in an air tight container.
Serving Size: makes about 30 1/4 -cup servings
