My take on the tuna/bean salad. My take on the tuna/bean salad.

Ingredients

    2 cans tuna
    1 large tomato
    1 can kidney beans rinsed and drained
    1 avocado, cubed
    1 TBSP lemon juice
    1 large celery stalk, chopped
    1/2 cup red onion, chopped
    fresh cilantro minced, to taste

    For dressing:
    2 TBSP olive oil
    1 TBSP white wine vinegar
    2 TBSP lemon juice - need
    1 garlic clove minced
    1 teaspoon dill weed
    1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all the first ingredients on the list. Whisk the dressing and pour over the salad. Salt and pepper to taste.
