Ingredients

1 lb of Ground Turkey or Chicken
1 Medium Green Pepper
1 Medium Onion
1 Celery Stalk
1 Carrot
2 tbs evoo
4 Cloves of garlic
1 tbs of Agave Nectar (dark preferred)
2 tbs of Chili Powder
1 tbs Oregano
2 tsp of Cumin
2 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of cayenne pepper
1tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
Jalapeno pepper (if you want)
Salt and pepper to taste
Can of black beans (15.5 oz)
Can of cannelloni beans (15.5 oz)
Can of red kidney beans (15.5 oz)
Directions
Heat pot to medium high. Add the EVOO and the meat and saute. Add the oregano, salt and pepper.
Add the celery, pepper, onions, carrot. Saute until tender, then add the gatlic and saute for another 2 minutes. Lower the heat to low.
Add the broth and stir the contents for a minute. Then add the tomatoes (both). Mix and then add all the spices, agave, and hot peppers to your liking.
Add the black and red beans. In the food processor or blender, macerate the white beans until smooth (makes it thick) and add to the pot.
Cook for 4 hrs (at least). Serve with chips, cheddar cheese and avocado to make a complete meal!
