    2 oz Whelch's 100% grape juice
    royal greens ultra blend (1 scoop)
    Garden of Life Raw Protein (1 scoop)
    frozen fruit: strawberries/blueberries/pineapple etc
    1 banana
    sometimes I use spinach and kale as well and omit the royal greens.

    blended in vitamix
