Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups extra lean ground beef
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tbsp. chopped red onion
    1 tsp. coriander seed
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tbsp. chopped scallions
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt

Directions

Brown ground beef, without oil, until the pink is gone. Place in a mixing bowl, let cool for 5 minutes. Using aluminum-foil, wrap the chopped red onion and garlic. Put it on the heat. Cook until it’s almost burned. Unwrap it, pound it, and add to the beef. Season the beef with salt, lime juice, coriander seed (powder), rice powder, chili powder and green onion. Pour the mixture into the serving plate. Top with mint leaves. Serve with vegetables.
