Ingredients

    Fresh cucumbers peeled and sliced thin
    1 large vidalia or sweet onion sliced into rings
    Apple Cider Vinegar
    Water
    Splenda

Directions

No cooking required. Just peel and slice onion and cucumbers, put into container that will hold 4 cups of liquid and the veggies. Mix vinegar, water and sugar well and pour over veggies. Chill at least an hour and serve. Keeps for long periods of time.
