Ingredients

    •Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cups, chopped
    •Carrots, raw, .75 cup, chopped & diced
    •Radishes, .75 cup chopped & diced
    •Green Bell Peppers, .75 cup, chopped & diced
    •Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped & diced
    •Red Ripe Tomatoe, 1 medium whole chopped & diced

Tips

Califlower and Broccoli also crumble up well in this salad. The "small squares" of crunchy veggies is what makes this salad good.


Directions

Chop all veggies into diced chunks. Layer over lettuce and top with cheese. Add dressing of choice.
