Introduction

Not sure if this is gonna work, but figured I liked all the ingredients and it was worth a try.
Update: it didn't pick up as much of the pineapple taste as I was hoping. However it was really juicy and the kids loved it. I put a tbsp of Mango Salsa on the top of mine and it was really good. Next time I think I will make it with cut up pieces of chicken and definitely top again with mango salsa.

Ingredients

    32 oz Chicken Breast, no skin
    2 20oz cans Libery Gold Pineapple Chunks (No sugar added)
    3 TBS Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    2 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 TBS Mango Salsa (optional)

Directions

Combine 1 can pineapples, soy sauce and brown sugar at the bottom of the slow cooker. Place chicken on top. Top chicken with 2nd can of pineapples. Cover. Cook on high for 8 hours.

Serve over brown rice and/or veggies (no included in nutrition info)
