Ingredients

    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (or Greek Yogurt)
    1 TBS peanut butter, creamy
    1/4 cup Fiber One cereal, finely crushed
    1 small banana (sliced, frozen)
    2 cups baby spinach

Tips

Slice and freeze banana before mixing.


Directions

Pour ingredients in a blender with spinach being the last on top. Blend until smooth. Don't be fooled by the looks, this IS DELICIOUS!!!!! It makes a great breakfast, too.
