Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 sprays cooking spray
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 package Boca Crumbles (12 oz)
    1 cup vegetable broth
    8oz tomato sauce (or paste)
    1 Tbsp Vegan worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp (low sodium) soy sauce (or Tamari)
    1 tsp brown sugar

Tips

I scooped onto Arnold multi-grain sandwich thin and topped with sliced onion and tomato. Serve with fresh corn on the cob and/or salad. Yummy!


Directions

Spray pan with cooking spray and saute onion on high heat for about 3 minutes until translucent. Add Boca crumbles and 1 cup vegetable broth. Mix together and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine, then let simmer for about 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 heaping servings
