Ingredients

    shredded Cabbage
    shredded Carrots
    stripped Celery
    S&P
    Cumin
    Lumpia wrappers
    chopped Chicken breast
    Sweet Chilli sauce

Tips

After you take the egg rolls out of the fryer, stand up to drain on the paper towel, so the wrap will not wilt.


Directions

saute the chicken breast in a little olive oil until fully cooked add the cabbage, carrots and celery, saute. Add the cumin then S&P to taste.
After mix is cooked, take a 2 table spoons full and put in a corner of the lumpia. Roll and fold up. Place around 5 egg rolls in the deep fryer for 10 seconds or until golden brown or to your liking.
