Introduction

Found some White Tea in my cabinet that I hadn't tried, and decided to see how this tastes! Found some White Tea in my cabinet that I hadn't tried, and decided to see how this tastes!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    • White Tea, brewed with in 8 cups of water
    [For the Uncle Lee's Legend's of China brand I used 10 tea bags.(They were very small)]

    • Honey (1 cup)

    • 8 Cups of cold or tepid water

    • *1 Gallon Tea Pitcher

Tips

If you want more flavor, add a citrus fruit sliced to the mix!


Directions

• Boil 8 cups of water in a pot or tea kettle.
• Once you have reached a rolling boil, add your tea bags and turn off the heat. Steep for 10min.
• Pour into pitcher, add 1 Cup of honey
• Stir until the honey is saturated through the tea.
• Add the remaining 8 cups of water.

• Let cool and serve over ice.

Serving Size: Makes sixten 8oz servings.
