    6 large eggs
    6 slices of ham (or turkey, other deli meats)
    can diced tomatoes
    feta cheese (6 sprinkles)
    spinach (12 small leaves)
    Thomas' 100 calories light whole grain english muffins
    Black pepper


15 minutes left the yolk slightly runny for me.


Spray muffin tin with non-strick spray. In each cup, put 2 small spinach leaves, a small sprinkling of feta cheese, a small spoon of diced tomatoes, and 1 egg. Season with salt and pepper. Add slice of ham to top.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until egg has reached desired consistency.
